Overview In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of complex, multi-modal partner accounts within Flexport.org, focusing on NGOs and mission-driven organizations. You'll lead strategic engagements, drive program growth and retention, and collaborate across teams to tailor solutions. You will shape partner relationships, conduct high-impact reviews, and leverage product offerings to increase impact and efficiency in aid logistics. This is a mission-driven, autonomous position with a clear opportunity to influence how partners access humanitarian supply chains.

Responsibilities- Own end-to-end success for a portfolio of complex, multi-modal partner accounts
- Lead RFP bids and contract renewals end-to-end
- Serve as a strategic partner to nonprofits and mission-driven organizations
- Lead high-impact business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with market context and actionable recommendations
- Drive expansion across Flexport's full product suite, targeting growth and retention
- Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Legal, Trade Lane Management, and other teams on cross-functional solutions
- Mentor account teammates and share best practices
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to automate and improve processes
Key requirements- 5+ years in account management, business development, or similar partner-facing role
- Background in logistics, supply chain, humanitarian aid, or international development preferred
- Track record of independently managing and growing a complex, multi-product book of business
- Deep understanding of global trade and supply chain operations across multiple modes
- Fluency in ocean, air, trucking, and customs concepts
- Comfort operating without a playbook in ambiguity and ability to write playbooks for others
- Strong commercial instincts and proactive opportunity spotting
- Genuine curiosity about humanitarian and development space and aid logistics focus
