Overview In this role you will lead strategic account development for ruminant customers across the U.S., partnering with cross-functional teams to position ADM Animal Nutrition products and services. You will drive revenue, grow market share and build lasting relationships with regional and national feed companies. The position blends sales leadership with product expertise, aiming to meet client goals while advancing ADM's portfolio in a competitive landscape. Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Create account management strategy
- Coordinate with Product Management and Technical Services
- Relay market needs to product and technical teams
- Drive revenue, adoption and market share
- Maintain strong relationships with sales reps, leaders and executives
- Develop and close business relationships
- Track sales activities in CRM and keep data current
- Maintain a robust pipeline and meet/exceed quotas
- Monitor feed ingredient pricing and market trends
- Collaborate with customer service to service needs
Key requirements- 5+ years in animal nutrition-related sales or account management
- Proven experience as Account Manager / Key Account Manager / Technical sales manager
- Experience implementing business development strategy
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Superior verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Effective presentation and sales skills for specialty additives
- Willingness to train on new specialty additive technologies
- Ability to travel 30-60%
