Overview In this contract role, you will partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to build targeted, diverse candidate pipelines and deliver thoroughly screened candidates for multiple requisitions. You will operate within a fast-paced team, balancing 10+ open roles while driving timely, accurate screening notes and strong candidate experiences. Your work shapes hiring outcomes by identifying both active and passive talent across channels and refining sourcing strategies. This role offers impact through scalable sourcing campaigns and collaboration with recruiters to meet business needs.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with recruiters to understand requisitions, qualifications, and sourcing priorities
- Manage sourcing and initial screening for 10+ requisitions concurrently
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies using multiple channels and networks
- Identify and engage active and passive candidates for current and future needs
- Conduct thorough initial screens and assess fit across experience, qualifications, and needs
- Present fully screened candidates with concise screening notes
- Maintain communication on pipeline health, market conditions, and strategy adjustments
- Build reusable pipelines for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
- Keep candidate activity and pipeline data accurate in Workday and other systems
- Provide a professional, inclusive candidate experience and support TA initiatives
Key requirements- Experience sourcing and screening candidates in corporate, agency, or RPO settings
- Ability to engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and social platforms
- Experience with structured candidate screens and evaluating against job requirements
- Ability to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions and meet deadlines
- Strong partnership and service-oriented approach with recruiters
- Excellent written and verbal communication and clear qualification summaries
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred
- Comfort using recruiting data and metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness
