Overview

In this role you partner with site leaders to advance an evidence-based culture and align HR strategy with business goals. You will drive organizational performance through talent development, performance management, and employee relations, while promoting a safe work environment. This position supports workforce planning, coaching, and leadership development in a manufacturing setting. You will work with cross-functional teams to apply Principle Based Management and shape total compensation decisions for value creation.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with manufacturing leaders to attract, motivate, develop, and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Coach leaders to drive results through Principle Based Management.
  • Develop and communicate performance management perspectives and partner with Operations on risk-adjusted actions.
  • Investigate, review, and administer workers' compensation claims in collaboration with Operations and corporate resources.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, performance development, career growth, and succession planning.
  • Conduct timely employee relations investigations and support resolutions.
  • Help leaders understand and apply the culture and compensation philosophy, including pay decisions aligned with total compensation for total contribution.
  • Facilitate performance management processes: feedback, 360s, talent reviews, coaching, corrective action.
  • Collaborate with HR peers to share best practices and identify site development opportunities.
  • Develop and facilitate training to strengthen supervisory leadership, judgment, and risk-adjusted decision-making.
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or at least five years of progressively responsible HR experience
  • Proven ability to partner with site leaders and influence business decisions
  • Experience analyzing and presenting workforce data to support decisions
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting performance management, development, and leadership needs
