Key requirements- 8+ years of progressive HR/Talent Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields
- Ability to build influential relationships across a global, matrixed organization
- Strategic partner delivering people-centric solutions in fast-paced environments
- Strong AI-enabled tools experience, project management, and facilitation skills
