Overview In this role you will lead the Epic training program for a major pediatric health system, shaping the curriculum and materials for EHR education and go-lives. You will coordinate training schedules, identify remedial needs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth EHR adoption. You'll drive improvements in training delivery, leveraging your clinical informatics expertise to support hospital operations. This position offers remote work with Minnesota or Wisconsin residency and a chance to impact patient care through expert education and system optimization. Responsibilities- Manage Epic training curriculum and supplemental materials
- Coordinate EHR training schedules and go-lives
- Develop and deliver training for EHR education and projects
- Identify and address remedial training needs
- Oversee training team and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the health system
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare-related field, informatics, education, or IT
- 3+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of professional development/training experience
- Strong facilitation, writing, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency with EHRs and hospital systems; EPIC certification understanding
- Experience with instructor-led training; healthcare IT experience preferred
- Self-directed with excellent organizational and presentation skills
