Overview

In this role you oversee the management and financial stewardship of an assigned portfolio within a collaborative, growth oriented real estate firm. You will ensure budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting align with property objectives while maintaining strong tenant and owner relationships. You will lead vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and compliance with lease terms to protect asset value. This position offers a chance to influence day to day operations and contribute to a customer centric property platform.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, budget, and control operating and capital expenditures for the portfolio
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly and variance reports
  • Oversee accounts receivable/payable, rent collection, and related financial documentation
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and landlord/tenant obligations
  • Respond to tenant requests and coordinate with property and building staff
  • Oversee vendor selection, performance, and service agreements; monitor compliance
  • Schedule and manage maintenance with vendors and tenants
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners; align objectives
  • Conduct regular property inspections and recommend improvements
  • Lead and develop the property management team and set performance goals
Key requirements
  • Four to seven years of related experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate, financial concepts, and decision making
  • Excellent internal and external customer service track record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Jenark, Yardi, MRI software and Kardin budgeting package a plus
  • Real estate license required upon licensing; must obtain within 90 days and maintain in all jurisdictions listed
  • CPM or RPA designation a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, with attention to detail
