Corporate Real Estate Program Manager

Overview

In this role you drive and manage end-to-end corporate real estate and facilities programs that align with company priorities and deliver on time, scope, and budget. You collaborate with executives, leaders, and SMEs to shape scenarios, options, and recommendations, then lead implementation and close-out to capture lessons learned. You will develop roadmaps, budgets, and stakeholder communications to enable business outcomes at scale. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role with substantial visibility and travel.

Responsibilities
  • Lead development of transformative programs with executive stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Drive scenario planning and framework development with internal and external partners
  • Analyze financial and cost requirements to support final recommendations
  • Create presentation materials outlining priorities, roadmaps, timelines, and budgets; secure approvals
  • Initiate approved programs with necessary stakeholders and kickoff communications
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely, effective stakeholder communications
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve at-risk elements to accelerate outcomes
  • Conduct performance management and capture lessons learned for process improvement
  • Plan for program close-out and knowledge transfer to improve practices
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years of related experience in corporate and commercial real estate
  • At least five years of leading professional-level teams
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to develop supportive collateral
