Overview In this role, you will lead the leasing and marketing efforts for Whitehall Parc to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. You will collaborate with on-site teams to optimize traffic, inventory, pricing, and concessions while leveraging marketing and merchandising to enhance marketability. You will analyze reports to improve leasing performance and present results to stakeholders. This position offers a chance to shape resident experience and drive property performance within a large, mission-driven real estate platform.

Responsibilities- Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals
- Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans
- Develop print and internet advertising strategies and use property management software for reporting
- Coordinate with maintenance to uphold property standards and enhance salability through merchandising
- Participate actively in leasing: traffic generation, prospect qualification, lease processing, move-ins
- Analyze financial and operational reports to resolve leasing issues and support strategy
- Oversee lease renewals and communication with residents
- Respond promptly to resident/client concerns and document requests
- Supervise and train the leasing team in line with company policies and practices
Key requirements- State and local licenses/certifications as required
- Valid driver's license to drive a golf cart on property
