Overview In this role you join a top AmLaw 50 firm's Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance group in New York or Washington, D.C. You will support complex project finance and infrastructure transactions across energy, natural resources, and private capital sectors. You'll work with sponsors, lenders, and developers on cross-border deals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to move transactions from diligence to closing. Responsibilities- Advise sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on project finance and infrastructure transactions
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary financing documentation
- Support transactions across energy, power, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, including renewables
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale domestic and international matters
- Manage transactional workflows from diligence through closing
Key requirements- 2+ years of substantive experience in finance-related transactional work
- Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and/or private equity transactions
- Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition and development financings
- Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage complex transactions in fast-paced environment
