You will advise crypto and blockchain clients on complex regulatory, compliance, and litigation matters, collaborating across practice areas to deliver integrated client service. You handle high-profile matters in crypto litigation, regulatory defense, and related advisory work, shaping outcomes for cutting-edge clients. You will work directly with clients and partners, gaining exposure to sophisticated transactions while benefiting from mentorship and a collaborative culture. Responsibilities- Advise crypto and blockchain clients on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters
- Provide guidance across crypto litigation, crypto bankruptcy, product matters, regulatory advice, and enforcement defense
- Manage complex transactions with multiple priorities
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated client service
- Engage with partners and clients from the outset with strategic guidance and practical solutions
Key requirements- JD from a top-tier law school
- Active Bar Admission in New York in good standing
- 2-6 years of substantive crypto law experience at a law firm
- Strong background or demonstrated interest in crypto law
- Experience in cryptocurrency-related litigation, regulatory advice, or government investigations (preferred)
- Excellent legal writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills
- Professionalism engaging with high-profile clients and investors
- Highly organized with ability to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines
