Overview In this role you will support mission success by shaping subcontract strategy for missiles and defense programs. You work closely with contracts, procurement, and suppliers to ensure compliant, cost-effective sourcing during the program lifecycle. You will influence subcontract terms, negotiate changes, and help implement policy. Responsibilities- Execute subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of materials and services
- Negotiate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts
- Collaborate with contracts and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures
- Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority
- Support program lifecycle from capture to sustainment with supplier management
- Assist in managing supplier performance and risk
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and defense contracting requirements
Key requirements- Bachelor in Field or Bachelor
- Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Subcontract Administration/Management, Negotiation, or related)
- Experience with internal and external customers
- US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
- Ability to obtain interim clearance to start
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay processes
