Job Overview
- Manage front desk activities, coordinate appointment schedules, and optimize chair utilization
- Handle billing, insurance claims, accounts receivable, budgets, and coordinate payment plans with patients
- Oversee local marketing efforts, patient retention programs, and social media or community outreach
- Handle staff recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and payroll coordination
- Deliver a warm, professional, and patient-focused experience at every visit
Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly wage based on your experience and skills
- Full-time: 5-day, 40 hr. workweek
