Overview In this role you drive end to end subcontract processes to support the timely delivery of critical components for global programs. You will craft subcontract specs, work statements, and terms, and work closely with contracts and purchasing to implement policies. You'll lead bid evaluations, negotiations, and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with established authorities. Responsibilities- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals against criteria
- Negotiate subcontract provisions, modifications, and award contracts
- Coordinate with contracts administration and purchasing to create subcontract policies and procedures
- Authorize supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority
Key requirements- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR, LMAP, CAP and related policies
- Experience in building trades, materials, industrial gases, machinery and maintenance
- Proactive, customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with SAP or equivalent system
- Some travel may be required
