Overview As Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise compensation programs. You'll act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and leaders, guiding market pricing, job architecture, and policy decisions. You will lead complex analyses and cross-functional projects with HR, Finance, and Legal to scale compensation programs for a diverse workforce. You drive data-driven insights, governance, and stakeholder communications to support business growth. This role offers impact across pay, incentives, equity, and executive compensation in a collaborative Total Rewards team.

Responsibilities- Develop and continuously improve corporate compensation programs, policies, and processes.
- Advise HR partners and leaders on pay decisions, market competitiveness, and job leveling.
- Design, model, implement, and administer incentive plans and compensation programs with financial impact analyses.
- Create and maintain compensation structures, including salary ranges and job levels.
- Perform market pricing and benchmarking; manage salary surveys and translate data into recommendations.
- Review job descriptions, apply evaluation techniques, determine classifications and FLSA status.
- Oversee annual compensation processes (merit increases, performance reviews) with HRIS and Payroll collaboration.
- Develop calculations, forecasting, and reporting for incentive plans; support executive compensation and equity programs.
- Prepare compensation communications and presentations for stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional compensation projects from scope to implementation, identifying risks and driving delivery.
- Improve data, systems, controls, procedures, and reporting to enhance decision-making.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on offer-related guidance and with other stakeholders across the employee lifecycle.
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in compensation or equivalent experience.
- Experience in market pricing, salary structures, plan design, job evaluation, and FLSA review.
- Experience designing and modeling incentive plans (annual, sales, operational).
- Experience supporting executive compensation and equity programs with Finance/Stock Administration and Legal.
- Advanced analytical and technical skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with HRIS/reporting tools.
- Strong consulting, planning, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality; mature handling of all employee levels.
- UKG experience and CCP certification preferred.
