Overview In this role you will lead North America compensation planning and merit reviews while coordinating HR reporting for leadership and local teams. You'll participate in market benchmarking and compensation surveys to keep pay programs competitive. You'll manage NA job descriptions and support retirement plan administration, payroll audit activities, and cross regional projects. This positions you to impact talent development, governance, and data driven decisions in a fast growing, global financial services environment. You'll collaborate with global teams and contribute to shaping culture and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities- Lead North America compensation planning and merit reviews
- Lead HR reporting efforts, including global leadership reports and local HR reports (EEO-1, diversity, audit reports)
- Participate in compensation surveys, conduct market reviews, and benchmark positions
- Manage North America job descriptions
- Assist with 401(k) and other retirement plan administration
- Provide benefits and payroll audit support each pay period
- Collaborate on global and regional projects
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of compensation experience; prior industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data and HRIS; ADP Workforce Now and/or SuccessFactors is a plus
- Strong analytics, problem solving, continuous learning mindset
