Senior Associate Compensation Analyst

Overview

In this role you drive analytical support for incentive compensation programs, contributing to design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation. You work with compensation data to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness, under supervision. You will collaborate with finance and HR teams to address inquiries and support governance. This position sits in-office across multiple U.S. locations and offers opportunities to influence compensation strategies within a regulated, performance driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies
  • Assist with compensation reviews covering base pay, short-term incentives, and other pay elements
  • Conduct job analysis, evaluation, classification, and market pricing with guidance
  • Perform routine compensation analyses to support internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Prepare compensation data, reports, and documentation for senior professionals
  • Respond to compensation-related questions from internal stakeholders within guidelines
  • Support non-cash rewards and recognition programs through data analysis and administration
  • Assist with compensation projects and meet defined timelines
  • Demonstrate understanding of compensation governance, controls, and regulatory considerations
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in compensation, human resources, or a related discipline
  • Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including job evaluation and market pricing concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication with internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under supervision and collaboratively
  • Excel proficiency
  • Experience with compensation data tools
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
