HRIS Analyst

In this role you will ensure HRIS data quality and deliver reports and dashboards for internal clients. You will work closely with HR teams to translate data into actionable metrics and provide guidance to end users. You will help improve the system through requirements gathering, testing, and deploying new solutions. You will support users with documentation and training, and stay current on product developments. This is a data-focused role that combines technical analysis with user-facing support to enable better people decisions.

• Maintain HRIS data quality and security through regular audits and issue resolution
• Collect, analyze, and translate HR data into metrics; design and prepare HR dashboards
• Respond to ad hoc data/report requests and support end users
• Serve as first point of contact for user guidance and issue resolution; liaise with SMEs/vendors as needed
• Define system requirements, participate in testing, and deploy solutions that meet organizational needs
• Provide user support through documentation, training materials, and materials to facilitate learning
• Review system functionality and recommend improvements; stay updated on product developments

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in IT, Business, HR, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience with an HRIS or other business system
