Overview

As a Workday HCM Administrator, you will act as the technical point of contact for Workday HCM, ensuring data integrity and supporting system changes, testing, and reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate processes into configurations and workflows, while maintaining system performance and security. You'll manage Workday updates and provide end-user support, training, and analytics to enable efficient HR operations. This role offers the chance to impact HR processes across multiple Workday modules in a patient- and policy-focused company.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as HCM system administrator for Workday applications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Advanced Compensation, Integrations)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into configurations and workflows
  • Perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure performance
  • Configure and test new features, functionalities, and integrations to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Provide exceptional end-user support and effective issue resolution
  • Create instructional resources to educate users on Workday features and updates
  • Uphold data integrity through monitoring and auditing
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
  • Stay informed on Workday updates, releases, and industry best practices
  • Implement and enforce security policies, RBAC, and data privacy within Workday
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of HRIS/Workday experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with multi-tasking capability
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with reporting and analytics
  • Knowledge of HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Benefits
