Overview As Product Manager for Market Access AI, you shape a next gen platform that helps pharma and biotech commercial teams navigate payer landscapes. You'll align industry expertise with product vision, working with market access domain leaders to drive measurable impact and market differentiation. You'll synthesize market signals and user insights to guide a multi horizon roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and GTM teams to deliver value. This role sits at the heart of Deloitte's AI driven market access transformation and offers a meaningful opportunity to influence how life sciences enterprises operate at scale.

Responsibilities- Own and evolve the Market Access AI platform roadmap across near and long term horizons
- Define prioritization across market access capabilities such as contract lifecycle management, formulary validation, rebate compliance, GTN forecasting, copay oversight, and profitability analytics
- Synthesize market signals, user feedback, and AI trends into strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Establish a clear product vision and align engineering, data science, UX, and GTM around a north star
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across market access tech and life sciences commercial operations
- Understand life science workflows from pre deal modeling to post deal pull through and formulary monitoring to ensure value delivered
- Engage clients to validate hypotheses and uncover unmet needs
- Partner with SMEs to translate domain insights into strategic product priorities
- Collaborate with practice leaders on go to market strategy, positioning, and launch sequencing
- Develop compelling value propositions for pursuits, RFPs, and executive briefings
- Support sales cycles with strategic framing and industry context
- Identify partnerships and ecosystem opportunities to expand platform reach
- Lead strategic discussions with cross functional leadership and contribute to thought leadership
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, business strategy, computational biology, or related field
- 4-5 years in a life sciences company
- 3-5 years in Life Science market access environments and product/management or consulting roles
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software in life sciences or related space
- Ability to communicate product strategy to senior audiences
- Deep familiarity with pharmaceutical market access workflows (pre deal to post deal)
- Proficiency with data assets powering market access (formulary data, covered lives, GTN components, and script level data)
- Proven ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable recommendations
- Ability to travel 20-25%
