Overview In this role you will support ongoing Workday Adaptive Planning managed services to keep client planning environments stable, optimized, and scalable. You'll work with cross functional stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and manage releases and data integrations. You will engage in governance discussions and roadmapping to align planning, budgeting, and reporting objectives with client needs. This is a hands on advisory and delivery role within Deloitte's Government & Public Services ERP and Enterprise Operations as a Service offering, focused on delivering value through effective technology enablement and processes.
Responsibilities- Serve as senior escalation point for issues in the application management services queue (troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security)
- Gather requirements for enhancements, perform impact analysis, and configure Workday Adaptive Planning (model updates, reporting changes, formulas, OfficeConnect templates, and security roles)
- Support release and environment management activities (feature evaluation, sandbox-to-production migrations, change management, documentation)
- Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting objectives
- Monitor integrations and data processes (actuals feeds, HCM integrations, data loads, level updates, version management)
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning in an AMS environment (post-implementation enhancements, incident resolution, change requests)
- Ability to travel 25% on average
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
