Overview

In this role you lead architectural efforts on assigned projects, applying cost-aware execution and standard techniques to deliver integrated design solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scopes, estimates, and schedules, while ensuring design meets health, safety, and environmental requirements. The position supports Fluor's competitiveness by delivering high-value, technically competent services. Responsibilities
  • Apply cost-competitive execution techniques to deliver cost-effective project solutions for discipline engineering
  • Develop and review Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and other baseline documents across project phases
  • Develop estimates and schedules, including workforce forecasts and progress reporting
  • Establish, track, and monitor material quantities with analysis and forecast
  • Develop and review design specifications and criteria
  • Incorporate health, safety, and environmental factors into design
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • Accredited professional architectural degree and eight years of relevant work experience
  • Professional architectural registration
  • Effective communication with diverse audiences (management, clients, vendors, contractors)
  • Job-related technical knowledge to complete the role
  • Ability to learn/apply local, state/provincial, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
  • Attention to detail and time-conscious work approach
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-efficient manner
