Responsibilities- Generate design solutions within project parameters
- Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
- Manage contract administration and client relations
- Coordinate with consultants and lead project studio staff
- Assist with project scheduling and mentorship
- Resolve design-technical issues in coordination with the Project Manager
- Integrate architectural and consultant documents
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders
- Demonstrate industry standard knowledge and apply new methodologies
- Attend and conduct presentations
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience in commercial design; aviation experience preferred or experience managing large teams
- Revit proficiency and technical excellence
- Strong understanding of drawing sets and constructability
- Knowledge of building and accessibility codes
