Overview In this Enterprise Architect role, you will lead strategic architecture efforts to translate business goals into scalable, secure technology solutions. You'll act as a senior authority for high-impact initiatives and shape standards, roadmaps, and investment choices. You'll influence cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end architectures across applications, data, integrations, and infrastructure. Responsibilities- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable architecture roadmaps
- Lead architecture of complex, cross-functional solutions across platforms and data domains
- Establish target-state architectures and transition plans balancing value, feasibility, security, and cost
- Serve as architectural authority for strategic programs and drive decisions across teams
- Guide architecture decisions across application, data, integration, infrastructure, security, and cloud domains
- Assess current solution portfolio for debt, risks, and misalignment
- Define and govern enterprise architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures
- Lead architecture review and assurance activities for quality and alignment with vision
- Maintain strategic roadmaps for enterprise portfolio evolution
- Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor capabilities and recommend adoption
- Lead evaluation/selection of strategic software products and standard configurations
- Advise programs on architecture, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and changes
- Identify impacts of proposed architectures on organization and operations
- Develop business cases and executive-level recommendations with costs/benefits
- Create architecture artifacts and implementation guidance
- Partner with PMO to ensure execution aligns with approved architecture
- Mentor architects and promote consistent architecture practices
- Facilitate executive forums to align diverse stakeholders
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, systems analysis, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of progressive IT solution-development experience with enterprise-scale architecture
- Experience designing integrated solutions across diverse technologies and delivery methods
- Knowledge of strategic technology trends and their application to business capabilities
- Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate architecture strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of agile and product delivery methods and handling technical debt
- Experience developing technology roadmaps, governance practices, and executive recommendations
