Responsibilities- Apply cost-competitive execution techniques to deliver cost-effective project solutions for discipline engineering
- Develop and review Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and other baseline documents across project phases
- Develop estimates and schedules, including workforce forecasts and progress reporting
- Establish, track, and monitor material quantities with analysis and forecast
- Develop and review design specifications and criteria
- Incorporate health, safety, and environmental factors into design
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Accredited professional architectural degree and eight years of relevant work experience
- Professional architectural registration
- Effective communication with diverse audiences (management, clients, vendors, contractors)
- Job-related technical knowledge to complete the role
- Ability to learn/apply local, state/provincial, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
