Overview As an HR Generalist at Skanska you will support local office teams and managers, acting as a culture ambassador and trusted partner on people-related solutions. You'll work as a team and organizational consultant, helping to shape People Solutions and navigate HR issues. You'll contribute to programs in compensation, recruitment, performance, and talent management, driving a people-first approach in line with Skanska's values. Responsibilities- Support local office employees and managers and act as HR advisor

- Navigate and resolve HR issues in collaboration with stakeholders
Key requirements- 3+ years of HR administration experience in large national, regional, or global companies
- 1+ years in recruiting, performance management, development programs, employee relations, compensation & rewards, and diversity & inclusion
- Bachelor's Degree in HR management, labor relations, or a related field or 8 years equivalent experience with at least 3 years prior relevant experience
