Overview In this role you will partner with business leaders to translate people initiatives into strategic HR outcomes. You will apply data and insights to influence executive decisions and drive programs through the Strategic Support organization and COEs. You will support talent planning, culture, engagement, and organizational development while collaborating with Employee Relations and MyHR. Responsibilities- Operationalizes people account team initiatives and drives program delivery
- Provides strategic guidance to executives on organization health and effectiveness
- Fosters cross-functional collaboration to develop leadership training and resources
- Collaborates on attracting, developing, and training top talent
- Analyzes talent trends and data to inform business strategy and initiatives
- Offers expert HR guidance on change management, inclusion, and organizational development
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related experience OR equivalent combination
- 4-7 years related experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of confidentiality requirements
