Overview

In this Strategic HRBP role, you partner with senior leaders across Moog's Commercial Aircraft Group to shape and deliver HR, talent, and organizational design strategies. You'll drive the people-management agenda, lead HR initiatives, and contribute to strategy development beyond HR issues as a member of the business management team. Your work enables business performance through effective organizational design, change management, and leadership development. You will collaborate across functions to scale people strategies and sustain Moog's culture of trust and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead development and deployment of Talent and HR strategies aligned to functional divisions' goals
  • Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and provide value-added HR support to enable performance
  • Implement comprehensive HR strategies to boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
  • Provide expertise in organizational development, design, and change management
  • Own talent management tasks (talent matrix, performance management, succession planning) and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Coordinate with HR COEs (Operations, IT, Talent, Reward) to improve policies and processes
  • Manage and ensure data integrity of employee metrics and use talent data to inform strategy and Long-Range Plan
  • Lead cross-group or global HR projects and represent HR in large initiatives
  • Travel 25% globally to understand leadership priorities and talent needs
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Over 10 years of HR experience; minimum 3 years leading a team
  • Proven ability to lead strategy development, organizational design, and change management
  • Experience advising senior leaders on HR matters and influencing decision-making
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
  • Experience developing and deploying HR KPIs and dashboards to measure people health and future impact
