Overview In this role you will lead North American resource geology, mining, advisory, and processing teams to deliver technical and economic solutions across the mining life cycle. You'll shape multi-disciplinary studies, mentor staff, and drive client relationships while advancing sustainable, data-informed mining practice. The position offers cross-functional impact within a global organization and opportunities to influence major projects and business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of engineering, geology, and economics with travel 10%.

Responsibilities- Lead and direct a multi-disciplinary team (mining engineers, geologists, economists, designers) from high-level studies to full execution
- Oversee preparation of technical reports from Order-of-Magnitude/PEA to Definitive Feasibility Studies
- Drive business development and maintain relationships with key clients
- Foster an innovative, collaborative work environment that values performance
- Regularly interface with clients on technical issues
- Serve as program/account sponsor on key projects and drive scope and execution planning
- Enhance study management processes including risk/value management, option evaluation, assurance activities
- Act as technical peer reviewer and Qualified Person for NI 43-101, JORC, and SEC SK-1300 reporting
- Assist clients in crafting study narratives and presenting progress/outcomes to stakeholders
- Implement stage gate study processes and perform QA/QC on projects
- Mentor junior staff and support hiring
- Travel domestically and internationally ( 10%)

- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor in Mining Engineering; 20+ years of relevant study/project and/or program management experience; direct mining/heavy industry experience; professional registration preferred (PE, PG, QP) or ability to pursue in year one
