Business Program Manager, Microsoft AI HR Operations

In this role you drive end-to-end MAI Recruiting programs to accelerate hiring at a frontline AI lab. You partner with HR leaders and recruiting teams to set priorities, align workstreams, and create structure where ambiguity exists. You will communicate with directors and senior leaders, balance delivery with sensitive talent conversations, and use data to tell the organization's impact story. This is a fast-paced, global role that values startup-like speed within a large company and offers meaningful influence over how top AI talent is scaled.

• Own end-to-end delivery of MAI Recruiting programs from intake to launch and iteration
• Strategically prioritize multiple workstreams and make explicit trade-off recommendations
• Maintain a single source of truth for scope, milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies
• Identify blockers and drive resolution with accountability
• Establish operating rhythm: planning cadence, reviews, dashboards, and documentation
• Deliver clear updates to Directors and senior leaders with recommended paths forward
• Collaborate across recruiting, sourcing, coordination, finance, and HR to move work fast
• Represent team voice upward and leadership voice downward

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years in program management, process management, or process improvement
• 2+ years management experience (people, project, vendor, or change)
• 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement (or equivalent)
• 4+ years people management experience
• Experience as Operational Partner to recruiting, engineering, or research in a global, matrixed organization
• Track record of building programs and operating rhythms from scratch in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Fluency with recruiting and people systems; comfort using data and AI tooling to simplify and scale processes
