Overview As a Senior HR Business Partner, you partner with leaders to translate people strategy into business outcomes and strengthen culture. You'll provide consultative support across talent acquisition, talent management, engagement, performance, ER, L&D, and change management, impacting Washington and Alaska coverage. You work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality hires, leadership development, and effective change initiatives. This role offers a strategic, impact-driven path within a four-level HRBP career family, balancing execution with advisory influence.
Responsibilities- Partner with leaders and recruiters to shape workforce plans and participate in critical hiring decisions
- Define and drive onboarding and training plans for assigned teams
- Support talent management activities, succession planning, and talent reviews
- Collaborate on performance management cycles, calibration, and goal alignment using data
- Enable employee engagement strategies, surveys, and action planning
- Collaborate with compensation partners to understand strategies and address queries
- Address manager or employee concerns in employee relations; support less complex cases
- Support change initiatives, develop communication plans and materials
- Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to company policies
Key requirements- 5+ years in management, consulting, HR or related field
- 5+ years experience in mergers and acquisitions, org design, leadership coaching, talent management, IC design/re-design, and complex ER cases (preferred)
