Overview In this role you will own HR operations and systems to scale Rover's people programs globally. You partner with cross-functional teams to optimize Workday and other HRIS tools, manage employee milestones, and deliver data-driven insights. You'll lead benefits and wellness administration, compliance, and policy development, ensuring a smooth, compliant employee experience. The position offers impact across global projects, shaping how Rover supports its people and growth through process improvement and data reporting.

Responsibilities- System ownership and optimization of Workday and other HRIS tools
- Lifecycle support for employee milestones (compensation changes, promotions, onboarding, terminations)
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards and HR analytics
- Develop SOPs and document workflows to scale HR operations
- Lead global health and wellness program administration
- Manage benefit reconciliation and carrier billing processes
- Coordinate leave programs (FMLA, disability) and ensure compliant execution
- Evaluate and rollout employee perks to enhance EVPP (employee value proposition)
- Regulatory filings and audits (EEO-1, ADA, FMLA, DOL)
- Policy development to align with evolving labor laws
- Audit readiness for OSHA and related reporting
Key requirements- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS and absence management software
- Proven experience supporting corporate health and wellness benefits and LOA programs
- Strong continuous improvement mindset and client-focused efficiency
- Project management and ability to lead global initiatives
- Strong analytical and data-driven HR reporting skills
- Ability to build relationships across geographies and levels
- Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Broad HR functional knowledge (OD, talent management, employee relations, staffing, compensation/benefits)
- Solid understanding of federal, state, and local HR laws
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant HR/Benefits Operations experience
