Responsibilities- Recruitment and new hire processing
- Disciplinary issue support and policy guidance for managers
- New hire orientation and reference checks
- Benefits Open Enrollment meetings and benefits inquiries
- Division payroll processing, timesheet management, and payroll data entry
- Salary actions (increases, bonuses, transfers, promotions, terminations)
- Vacation/sick/personal time management and balances
- Worker's compensation administration
- Staff training and supervision of administrative personnel
- Ensure HR regulations and company policies are followed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; 3-5 years related experience or equivalent
- Experience managing payroll and HR processes at division level
- Supervisory experience (2+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
- Ability to liaise between Corporate and Division and handle inquiries
