Overview In this role, you will partner with senior leadership and HR to shape and execute recruitment strategies aligned to Spectrum's growth goals. You will screen, interview, and assess candidates across experience levels to ensure best fit. You'll leverage diverse channels, from online platforms to universities, to attract specialized talent while ensuring compliant, well-documented processes. You will also guide hiring managers on ATS usage, compliance, and recruitment budgeting to maximize impact. Responsibilities- Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates from graduates to experienced professionals
- Identify alternative recruitment channels to attract specialized talent
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring laws and maintain accurate records
- Recommend recruitment budgets for events, tools, and vendors
- Write and post job advertisements and respond to inquiries
- Train hiring managers on applicant tracking systems and compliance, maintain recruitment files and candidate disposition
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
