Overview

In this Field Recruiter role, you will drive end-to-end recruiting and onboarding for a high-volume set of client roles in a fast-paced environment. You will build strong relationships with candidates, associates, and client contacts to ensure excellent hiring and onboarding experiences. You will leverage ATS and dashboards to measure recruiting effectiveness and support staffing needs. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape talent solutions in a busy, customer-focused team.

Responsibilities
  • Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for client positions
  • Manage a high-volume recruiting workload while preserving candidate experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and client contacts
  • Conduct pre-screening, assessments, background checks, and onboarding activities
  • Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions
  • Utilize ATS, recruiting platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive hiring decisions
  • Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach to attract talent
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in company systems
  • Respond professionally to candidate and client concerns and resolve issues diplomatically
  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and staffing needs
Key requirements
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with multiple systems, platforms, and dashboards
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven setting
  • Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
