Overview In this Manufacturing Recruiter role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume manufacturing and technical operations. You will partner with managers to understand role needs, source from multiple channels, and manage a seamless interview-to-offer process. You'll maintain compliant ATS records, track metrics, and help ACS scale its production teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles (engineering, technicians, planners, and support).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and team needs.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies, and events.
- Screen for technical competency, manufacturing experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview, offer, and onboarding processes for a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate, compliant records in the ATS.
- Track recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing and meet high-volume targets.
- Represent ACS at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Key requirements- 3-8 years of recruiting experience with focus on manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations.
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, technicians, planners, or production roles.
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
