Overview

As Property Manager, you oversee a property portfolio for clients, ensuring compliance, budget delivery, and operational excellence. You lead property teams, coordinate lease-related activities, and manage vendor contracts to support client objectives. You drive inspections, financial reporting, and construction oversight to optimize property performance. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape client outcomes within a professional CRE environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee lease administration and abstract leases in property software
  • Monitor rent collections and coordinate default proceedings
  • Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and directives
  • Lead property staff including hiring and performance management
  • Develop annual inspection programs and track required inspections
  • Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets; oversee CAM reconciliations
  • Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per requirements
  • Interface with owners and accounting for contract compliance and reporting
  • Coordinate tenant and building construction work and ensure timely completion
  • Participate in leasing and client meetings; foster cross-functional communication
  • Build positive relationships with tenants, clients, and internal teams
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline (preferred)
  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process (optional)
  • Real estate license (required or preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate
  • Proven ability to manage a team of professionals and vendors
  • Experience in negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with lease administration software
