Our practice includes civil litigation, family law, business disputes, oil and gas litigation, contested probate, estate planning, and related matters. We combine strong courtroom advocacy with responsive, personalized client service, giving our attorneys meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in their cases. As a smaller firm, we offer an environment where experienced attorneys can work independently without being micromanaged while still having access to leadership, litigation support, and opportunities to take cases through trial. We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Midland office. The ideal candidate is a true litigator with first-chair trial experience who can independently manage civil matters from intake through resolution. Family law experience is preferred, but we are also open to accomplished civil litigators who are willing to handle some family law matters as part of a broader caseload. Why join us?
