- Prepare food and oversee kitchen production.
- Supervise kitchen activities and support executive chef leadership.
- Train and guide kitchen staff.
- Maintain quality control throughout food preparation and service.
- Manage inventory and control food costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Coordinate kitchen operations with service requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in professional kitchen operations.
