Responsibilities
- Plan and develop menus.
- Supervise daily kitchen operations.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation.
- Coordinate kitchen activities with service operations.
- Schedule and manage kitchen staff.
- Control inventory and manage food costs.
- Maintain quality assurance standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety practices and manage vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume culinary operations.
