Overview In this role you provide senior HR support in an INGO context, focusing on complex employee relations, investigations, and global HR policy development. You will enable HR staff capability, finalize key global documentation, and contribute to priority projects with discretion and strong judgment. You work closely with HR leadership to ensure compliant, well-documented processes across country offices. This is a flexible, on-call engagement with a meaningful impact on international health programs.
Responsibilities- Support complex workplace investigations from planning to documentation and reporting
- Design and deliver practical training for HR staff on investigations and related processes
- Review and finalize the Global HR Manual template for clarity, consistency, and usability
- Provide ad hoc support for priority HR projects, including policy development and briefing materials
- Produce investigation materials, training slides and notes, and other project-specific HR tools and documents
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps for HR leadership
- Maintain confidentiality and communicate proactively to stakeholders
Key requirements- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Seven years related experience in health systems
- Demonstrated experience in international NGO or INGO environments
- Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and manage discreet assignments
