Overview In this Techno-functional PLM Consulting Manager role, you help clients modernize product lifecycle processes through PLM-focused transformations. You'll work with cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and IT to deliver end-to-end PLM programs that improve value chain efficiency. You'll assess gaps, build roadmaps, and drive milestones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position offers the chance to shape innovative PLM solutions for complex industries and grow within Deloitte's Supply Chain & Network Operations practice.
Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end PLM transformations in a fast-paced team setting
- Conduct business assessments to identify gaps, roadmaps, and business cases for PLM transformation
- Manage workstreams across engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and IT
- Ensure deliverable quality across design, configuration, data migration, and validation
- Lead and support PLM pursuits and develop practitioners in the product development practice
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing forums to strengthen capabilities
- Gain experience across current and emerging PLM solutions
Key requirements- 8+ years of experience with PLM solutions (implementation, support, or advisory)
- Experience in formulated/process industries (chemicals and/or advanced materials)
- Delivery experience on major PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Enovia, SAP PLM, Aras, or equivalent)
- Experience with software development lifecycle activities (requirements, design)
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel 50%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong written and verbal communication
