Overview In this role, you will lead Moveworks implementation projects across the full lifecycle in an agile setup, shaping AI-powered employee experiences. You'll design user journeys and conversations for the Moveworks AI Assistant, and configure integrations with HR/IT systems to automate support workflows. You'll collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to capture requirements and manage delivery plans. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role within Deloitte's HR Strategy & Technology practice and Moveworks team, shaping enterprise automation at scale.
Responsibilities- Lead Moveworks implementation projects and workstreams across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using agile methods
- Define user journeys and stories to guide AI assistant design, knowledge management, flows, and enterprise search
- Configure and optimize AI agents, plugins, and integrations to automate HR/IT workflows
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document current-state operations
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, scope, and deliverables; support integrations with ServiceNow, Workday, and other HR/IT platforms
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience supporting system integrations (APIs, REST, SOAP) and troubleshooting integration issues
- 4+ years of experience implementing enterprise platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow
- Ability to travel up to 50%
