Overview In this role you bridge strategy and execution in a data and analytics focus, driving strategic initiatives and innovative solutions. You will partner with business teams to align initiatives with organizational goals and land proactive analytics frameworks with an AI-first approach. Your deep analytics, Excel/database skills, and storytelling will inform leadership decisions and shape deal-making strategy. You'll champion AI tool adoption and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and impact.
Responsibilities- Support and scale analytics and reporting to inform long-term decision making and strategic programs
- Develop deal shaping and benchmarking tools for real-time insights to deal makers
- Build and lead KPI reporting for Deal Desk leadership and community
- Lead and scale Microsoft Intelligence Workforce strategy across tooling, processes, and analytics','Evolve offer-level tracking for Deal Desk initiatives (ROI, adoption, customer conversion) feeding into strategy
- Drive AI-first solutions adoption across Deal Desk and MCAPS Finance with measurable impact
- Champion integration and adoption of modern tools to boost productivity in deal making
- Streamline processes by enhancing AI tools to reduce friction in deal workflows
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve risk management and business continuity
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Economics or related field and 4+ years in program management, process management, or process improvement, or equivalent experience
- Master's Degree in related fields and 6+ years, or Bachelor's with 8+ years experience (as alternatives)
- 7+ years of experience in systems, tools and program management with track record of delivering business results
- Experience procuring data from various sources, analyzing data and presenting findings
- Ability to craft stories from insights for senior leadership
