Overview In this Long-term Contract role, you will support compensation programs and market-based pay decisions to help maintain fair and competitive salaries. You will analyze data, benchmark roles, and advise HR and Talent partners on pay decisions, while ensuring compliance and alignment with internal policies. You will contribute to annual compensation activities, incentive calculations, and executive compensation administration, with on-site collaboration as needed in Jersey City. This position offers impact across pay strategy and workforce planning.
Responsibilities- Evaluate roles using compensation data and benchmarking to set pay ranges and job classifications
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to assess pay recommendations for hires and promotions
- Perform exemption reviews and apply wage and hour standards for compliant practices
- Participate in salary survey submissions and interpret findings for pay analysis
- Support annual compensation activities including merit planning, data validation, and communications
- Contribute to variable pay initiatives through analysis and budgeting
- Assist with executive compensation administration and equity tracking tools
- Maintain compensation data, reports, and spreadsheets to improve accuracy
- Work onsite in Jersey City when needed
