Overview In this role you guide privacy and data protection efforts within PwC's Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, shaping responsible AI use for clients. You will translate complex legal and technical concepts into practical guidance, support privacy programs, and mentor junior teammates. You'll work across legal, cybersecurity, and technology functions to align data protection with business needs, while interpreting evolving regulations. Responsibilities- Advising on privacy laws and data protection regulations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Conducting privacy impact assessments and documenting findings to support programs and risk controls
- Reviewing policies and procedures to close data handling gaps and update controls
- Translating legal/technical concepts into actionable guidance for business teams and client engagements
- Interpreting regulatory changes and assessing impact on ongoing workstreams
- Applying legal research to respond to privacy questions, incidents, and inquiries
- Collaborating with legal, cybersecurity, and technology teams to align protections with business needs
- Supporting data breach investigations and records management through detailed fact finding
- Mentoring junior team members and providing feedback on deliverables
