Responsibilities- Represent debtors, committees, secured creditors, asset purchasers, and other constituents in Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, including cross-border matters
- Prepare deposition and trial materials and contribute to litigation readiness where applicable
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on restructuring matters
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Engage in high-performing, collaborative team work to advance client objectives
Key requirements- 2-4 years of restructuring experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar, active and in good standing
- Top 50 law school; experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm
- Strong academic and professional excellence, interpersonal and communication skills, and exceptional research, analytical, and writing abilities
