Overview In this Senior HR Analyst role, you shape strategic workforce initiatives through advanced analytics and reporting. You translate complex HR data into clear recommendations to guide talent and business decisions across Uline's North American operations. You will partner with HR and leaders to tackle workforce challenges and improve planning and data quality. You'll own analytics projects and present insights to leadership, supporting strategic decisions and organizational growth. Responsibilities- Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities for recruiting, retention and workforce planning
- Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights
- Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges with data-driven recommendations
- Lead analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality and business processes
- Translate insights into clear, concise summaries and presentations for leadership to support strategic decisions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Knowledge in Python or database management is a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems preferred
