Overview In this role you lead HR across Uline's distribution centers, shaping recruitment and workforce development at scale. You partner with site leaders to align talent needs with business goals and coach an HR team to enable a high-performing distribution network. You drive HR strategies in a multi-site, high-visibility environment and collaborate closely with distribution leadership to deliver people-centered programs. Responsibilities- Direct HR initiatives for 1,300+ employees across multiple hubs
- Develop hands-on recruitment strategy with management to fill roles
- Develop and coach an HR team to support a high-performing workforce
- Collaborate with Distribution leaders to deliver HR processes and programs aligned with business goals
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
- 10+ years of HR experience
- 5+ years in a supervisory role
- Prior recruitment experience in a distribution/warehouse setting (plus)
