Overview

In this role you will own the real estate loan closings for Ford and Lincoln dealerships across the United States, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will also supervise insurance verification for the existing mortgage portfolio and provide SME guidance on the loan closure process. The position blends operations, compliance and stakeholder management in a hybrid setting at headquarters. This is a high-impact role offering visibility into dealer financing and portfolio administration.

Responsibilities
  • Lead real estate loan closings across the United States with cross-functional teams (Sales, Underwriting, ROC)
  • Ensure closings meet approved underwriting requirements and timelines
  • Manage Regional Outside Counsel relationships related to loan closings
  • Oversee supplier relationships supporting Dealer Loans
  • Coordinate post-closing activities and organize mortgage portfolio documentation
  • Drive process improvements for closing accuracy and time-to-close
  • Ensure compliance in operations to pass internal and external audits
  • Coordinate wire requests and provide closing process SME support
  • Contribute to special reporting and projects
  • Lead community involvement and manage Dealer Loans SharePoint administration
Key requirements
  • Bachelor or equivalent experience
  • Prior real estate or commercial lending experience, preferably in loan closing
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong relationship-building across functions
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
